We operate a TikTok LIVE Creator Network and provide community and creator support services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with TTA, we may collect:

  • Your name or creator name.

  • Your TikTok username and other public creator profile information.

  • Your Discord username and Discord user ID.

  • Contact details you provide to us.

  • Information you share when applying to join TTA.

  • Creator goals, experience, support needs and preferences that you choose to share.

  • Records of your consent or requests relating to our AI Creator Manager.

  • Messages and enquiries you send to us.

  • Basic technical or website usage information collected through our website provider and any enabled analytics or cookies.

We aim to collect only information that is relevant to operating and supporting our creator community.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and creator applications.

  • Manage our creator network and communicate with members.

  • Provide creator guidance, support and community activities.

  • Operate our Discord community.

  • Provide optional AI-assisted creator support.

  • Maintain records of consent and privacy requests.

  • Protect our services against misuse and meet legal obligations.

4. Our legal bases for processing

Depending on the activity, we may rely on:

  • Contract: where processing is needed to provide services or take steps requested before joining.

  • Legitimate interests: where necessary to operate and improve our creator network, respond to enquiries and protect our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

  • Consent: where we ask you to opt in to optional processing, including the AI Creator Manager's collection of onboarding information.

  • Legal obligation: where we must process or retain information to comply with the law.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew consent.

5. AI Creator Manager

TTA may offer an optional AI Creator Manager through Discord.

If you choose to use it, we may process your Discord user ID, TikTok username, consent status, onboarding responses, creator goals, experience and support needs.

Your messages to the AI Creator Manager may be processed by OpenAI to generate responses. Discord also processes information according to its own privacy practices.

The AI Creator Manager is intended to provide general creator guidance. It does not replace human support or make final decisions about your membership.

For the current pilot, newly collected AI Creator Manager profile information is intended to be retained for 90 days, unless it is deleted earlier or a different period is required for a legitimate legal reason. You may request deletion of your AI Creator Manager information.

We do not ask you to share passwords, payment card details or other highly sensitive information with the AI Creator Manager.

6. Sharing information

We may share relevant information with service providers used to operate TTA, including:

  • TikTok, in connection with creator network activities and applications.

  • Discord, for community communication and the AI Creator Manager.

  • OpenAI, to process messages sent to the AI Creator Manager.

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website.

  • Other service providers where needed for our operations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we will use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism or other permitted safeguard.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including applicable legal requirements.

For the AI Creator Manager pilot, the intended retention period for newly recorded creator profiles is 90 days.

Other creator network records, enquiries and legal records may have different retention periods depending on their purpose. We review information and remove it when it is no longer required.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information.

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of your information.

  • Restrict or object to certain processing.

  • Request transfer of information in applicable circumstances.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Our services are not intended to collect personal information from children without an appropriate lawful basis and any permissions required by applicable law or platform rules.

TikTok LIVE Backstage Performance Data

Tank Top Agency may access creator information and performance statistics through TikTok LIVE Backstage as part of managing and supporting creators in its network.

This information may include TikTok Creator IDs, usernames, LIVE activity, streaming hours, diamonds, follower statistics, performance trends and reporting dates.

Where permitted by TikTok's applicable terms and policies, authorised TTA staff may use exported reports with our internal AI Creator Manager to help review creator performance, identify support needs and prepare agency reports.

This reporting feature is intended for authorised TTA management use. Individual creator performance information is not automatically shared with other creators or sent to OpenAI for analysis.

The reporting system may retain limited creator identifiers and performance snapshots for up to 90 days. Exported files uploaded through Discord may also be retained by Discord under its own policies.

TTA will review the permitted use of exported Backstage data before enabling this reporting feature.
